Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Booking London collects when you use this website, why we hold it, and what rights you have over it. We have tried to keep it readable rather than exhaustive.
Who we are
LNDN LONDON LIMITED (company number 16341328), trading as Booking London, registered at 7 Sandringham Road, London, NW11 9DR, United Kingdom. What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form, plus two technical details:
- Your name and email address — required, so we can reply.
- Phone number — optional.
- Service, date and enquiry details — whatever you choose to tell us.
- IP address and timestamp — recorded with the enquiry to help us identify automated abuse of the form.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind on this site. We do not build profiles, and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use your enquiry solely to respond to it and to provide any service you go on to book. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us — and, once you engage us, performance of a contract. The IP address is kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the form.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our own staff. It reaches us by email, so our email provider processes it in transit, and our hosting provider stores it on the server that runs this site. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for marketing. We will disclose information only where the law requires it.
Discretion is central to how we work. Details of clients, events and arrangements are treated as confidential and are not discussed outside the people delivering the work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where you become a client, we keep records for 6 years after our final dealing with you, which is the period UK tax and limitation rules expect. You can ask us to erase your data sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere. You may also object to our use of it. Email Bookinglndn@gmail.com and we will respond within one month, free of charge.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the enquiry form is protected against cross-site request forgery and automated submission. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect what you send us.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
